10 Day Detox

  1. In the morning fill one cup of water. Add dessert spoon of Psyllium Husks.  Drink quickly.  Follow with another cup of water
  2. Fill 1.5 Litre bottle with the following
    1. Juice from 4 – 5 Lemons
    2. Tiny Sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper
    3. 1 Litre of Water
  3. Juice 6 carrots, ½ beetroot, 2 celery sticks, 1 cucumber
  4. Drink a cup of the vegetable juice when hungry – up to 4 cups during the day

Day 4 – 9

  1. When you wake up drink 1 cup of Psyllium husks mixed with water (as above) followed by another cup of water
  2. 8 – 9am, breakfast:  Green Smoothie
  3. 11am:  Water or Green Powder (Barley or Wheat Grass) drink
  4. 12.30pm, Lunch:  Prepare a green salad (ie, sprouts, lettuce, cucumber, herbs) and eat along with a raw meal (see raw recipes in ….)
  5. 2 – 3 pm:  Drink a cup of Water
  6. 4pm:  Drink a Vege Juice (Carrot, Celery, Cucumber, Beetroot)
  7. 6pm, Dinner:  1 – 2 fruits with almonds, brazil or walnuts

Dinner and breakfast can be interchanged if preferable.

Day 10

  1. Breakfast:  Green Smoothie
  2. Lunch:  Raw Salad (now start to include some cooked food, eg 1 baked sweet potato, beans & rice, hummus wraps etc)
  3. Dinner: – Fruit and Bread
