We used Royal Blue Potatoes for this recipe as they are nice and creamy.
Instructions
- Bake halved potatoes at 200C in oven for 40 minutes. Scoop out the centre of potatoes. Place potato bits, chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic turmeric, tahini, water and salt in food processor and blend until creamy. Use piping bag to fill in the mixture into the potato halves. Garnish with paprika and chopped chives.
