Ingredients
Patties
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 eggs or equivalent egg replacer
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 dash soy milk
- 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
Mushroom Sauce
- 2 onions finely diced
- 2 carrots finely diced
- 2 celery sticks finely diced
- 10 mushrooms finely diced
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 cup water
- 1.5 tbsp stock powder
- 1/3 cup corn flour
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin

Instructions
Patties
- Mix all above ingredients together except for bread crumbs. Leave to set for ½ hour. Once set, shape into round flat patties, dip in bread crumbs and lightly fry in saucepan with olive oil.
Mushroom Sauce
- Sauté onions in olive oil under moderate heat until cooked. Add water, milk, stock powder and the rest of the vegetables. Bring to boil; lower heat and allow to simmer until sauce reaches the desired consistency. Corn flour may be added to thicken sauce.
