Mix all above ingredients together except for bread crumbs. Leave to set for ½ hour. Once set, shape into round flat patties, dip in bread crumbs and lightly fry in saucepan with olive oil.
Sauté onions in olive oil under moderate heat until cooked. Add water, milk, stock powder and the rest of the vegetables. Bring to boil; lower heat and allow to simmer until sauce reaches the desired consistency. Corn flour may be added to thicken sauce.
